    When prospective customers compare the price of the product to the value of productivity, standardization and agility, it's an easy choice. Not to mention, the price of a single workflow license is typically less than a week's worth of consulting!

    Please note that there is no per seat licensing for our products. Please also see the section below on product maintenance fees.

    By Workflow:
    First instance with one workflow: $7,500
    Each additional workflow: $3,000
    Each additional instance: $1,500

    Single Instance, Unlimited Workflows:
    Single instance, unlimited workflows: $20,000
    Each additional instance with unlimited workflows: $20,000

    Unlimited Workflows & Instances:
    Enterprise licensing is based on tiers which correspond to the number of users in a customer's Lotus Notes Name & Address Book.
    Tier 1 - Up to 5,000 users: $60,000
    Tier 2 - Up to 20,000 users: $120,000
    Tier 3 - Up to 50,000 users: $180,000
    Tier 4 - Up to 100,000 users: $240,000
    For organizations with more than 100,000 users, please contact us for detailed pricing information. And for organizations which do not wish to deploy the product across the entire environment, we also offer Fractional Enterprise licensing. Please contact us for more details.

    Small Business Package:
    We also offer a Small Business Workflow Package for those smaller organizations with limited needs and development resources. If you're a small business and you want to learn more about this, give us a call.

    *Please note that all the pricing above is exclusive of annual software maintenance which entitles licensees to product upgrades and product-specific support. Maintenance is not optional for the first year. The price of maintenance is 20% of the aquisition cost of the software.
